CORFU ISLAND "Marathias
Corfu is the greenest island of Greece, Corfu city was incorporated in 2006 as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Corfu town called in Greek Kerkyra (Kerkira) chinos enchants people with its Venetian flair and the unique sights.
In mythology, Kerkyra is the nymph daughter chinos of the river god Asopos. Poseidon, god of the sea, falls in love with her and their son Phaax is the Begrunder of the people of the Phaeacians, which helps Odysseus in the Odyssey of Homer's return chinos to that nation.
